Bikeshare highlights from around the world

• 🇨🇦 Montreal’s BIXI bike-share system has been recognized as one of the 25 most iconic inventions of the last century by TIME Magazine, earning a spot in the Best Inventions Hall of Fame. Congrats BIXI! 
• 🇨🇦 Continuing to break new ground, BIXI is maintaining its year-round operations for a third consecutive year. This winter, 2,300 winter-adapted bikes and 234 stations will remain active across the city.
• 🇨🇦 To meet growing demand, àVélo in Québec City has extended its season through November 15, keeping 600 ebikes and 60 stations available two weeks longer than originally planned.
• 🇪🇸 BIKI Valladolid is gaining momentum with over 15,000 registered users, triple the number since its 2023 launch. September alone saw more than 102,000 trips, the highest monthly figure to date, boosted by European Mobility Week and local festivals.
• 🇪🇸 In La Coruña, the Bicicoruña system continues to grow with two new stations added recently, bringing the total to 66. Three more are expected soon.
